These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Agreement" or "these Terms") are entered into between don555 (hereinafter "don555", "we", "us", or "the Company") and any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the don555 platform in any capacity (hereinafter "the Player", "you", or "the User").

You must be a minimum of 21 years of age to register an Account or place any Wager on the don555 Platform. Players found to be under the age of 21 will have their Accounts immediately suspended, all Wagers voided, and all funds returned to the original payment method minus any Bonus Funds credited.
To create a don555 Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method. You may only hold one Account on the don555 Platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple Accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for the closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any Balances held therein.
don555 is required by its licensing authority to verify the identity of all Players. You may be asked at any time to submit copies of a valid government-issued photo identification document (such as a CNIC, passport, or driving licence), proof of residential address (such as a recent utility bill or bank statement), and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by don555 will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is completed.
It is the Player's sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using don555 is lawful in their jurisdiction. don555 makes no representation that access to the Platform is legal in all locations. Players who access don555 from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited do so at their own risk and don555 reserves the right to close such Accounts at its discretion.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your don555 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your Account details with any third party under any circumstances. don555 will never ask for your password by email, live chat, or telephone. Any activity conducted through your Account using your credentials is deemed to have been conducted by you, and you accept full financial responsibility for all Wagers placed under your Account.
You may request the closure of your don555 Account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closure, all pending Wagers will be settled according to their outcome, and any remaining real-money Balance will be returned to your verified withdrawal method. Bonus Funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure.
don555 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account without prior notice where it reasonably suspects or determines: (a) breach of these Terms; (b) fraudulent activity, collusion, or use of software to gain unfair advantage; (c) failure to pass KYC verification; (d) chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated against don555; or (e) any activity that don555 believes may constitute a violation of applicable law or its regulatory obligations.
don555 accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, 1LINK, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and standard inter-bank transfer. All deposits are processed and held in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). don555 does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed on the deposit page of your Account and may vary by payment method.
Deposits are credited to your Account Balance as soon as the transaction is confirmed by the payment provider. don555 does not accept deposits from payment methods not registered in your name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will trigger an AML review, which may result in Account suspension and return of funds to the originating payment account.
don555 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing deposits above certain thresholds in accordance with its AML obligations. All deposits are final once processed — don555 does not reverse completed deposit transactions at the Player's request except in cases of verified technical error.
Withdrawal requests are processed back to the same payment method used for the Player's most recent deposit, subject to KYC clearance. don555 aims to process withdrawal requests promptly. Actual receipt of funds may vary depending on the processing times of your bank or mobile wallet provider. don555 does not deduct fees from withdrawal amounts, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
To be eligible for withdrawal, a Player must have: (a) completed KYC identity verification; (b) met any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds; and (c) deposited and wagered a minimum amount as displayed in the Account withdrawal section. Withdrawal requests will remain pending until all conditions are satisfied.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed on the withdrawal page. don555 reserves the right to process large withdrawal amounts in instalments. Players with verified Accounts in good standing may request a review of standard withdrawal limits by contacting customer support.
Withdrawals to payment methods not previously used for a deposit on your Account, or to methods registered under a different name, will not be processed. This policy is in place to prevent money laundering and protect all don555 Players.
All bonuses, free spins, and promotional offers made available on don555 are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer as well as these general Bonus Terms. In the event of a conflict between the specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.
Bonus Funds credited to your Account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money Balance. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated clearly in the specific promotion terms. Wagers placed on certain games may contribute differently — or not at all — toward meeting wagering requirements. A full list of game contribution percentages is available in the promotions section of your Account.
All Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements expire within the period stated in the specific promotion terms, measured from the date of the bonus credit. Expired Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them will be removed from your Account Balance without notice.
don555 monitors all bonus activity. Actions constituting bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: placing opposing Wagers to reduce risk while satisfying wagering requirements ("hedging"), creating multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus more than once, or any other strategy that don555 reasonably concludes was designed to exploit the bonus structure rather than engage with the Platform in good faith. Verified bonus abuse will result in forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and associated winnings, and may result in Account closure.
don555 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such action does not affect Bonus Funds already credited to a Player's Account where wagering requirements are already in progress.
All casino games available on don555 — including slots, live dealer tables, table games, and virtual games — operate on certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology where applicable, or via live dealer streams from licensed studio facilities. The rules of each individual game are displayed within the game interface and form part of these Terms by reference.
In the event of a disconnection or technical failure during a game round, don555's system will record the last confirmed game state. Incomplete rounds will be settled according to the last confirmed state. don555 is not liable for losses caused by internet connectivity issues on the Player's side. If a technical fault on don555's infrastructure affects the outcome of a game, the affected round will be voided and the Wager amount refunded to the Player's Account Balance.
Malfunction voids all pays and plays. don555 reserves the right to void any Wager where a software malfunction, pricing error, or data feed error resulted in an incorrect game state, odds display, or outcome. In such cases, the Wager amount will be returned to the Player's Balance.
Sports betting on don555 covers cricket (including PSL, international T20s, ODIs, and Test matches), football, kabaddi, UFC, and other sports as made available on the Platform from time to time. We provide all Players with tools to manage their gambling activity, including deposit limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods (temporary self-exclusion from 24 hours to 30 days), and permanent self-exclusion. Players who have self-excluded from don555 must not attempt to open a new Account during the self-exclusion period. Any Account opened in breach of a self-exclusion will be closed and the Balance returned.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the don555 Platform without prior written consent from don555. Scraping, data extraction, or automated access to Platform content is strictly prohibited.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, don555's total liability to any Player in connection with the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
don555 shall not be liable for: (a) any indirect, consequential, or special losses; (b) loss of profits or anticipated winnings; (c) losses arising from your own breach of these Terms; (d) losses caused by third-party payment provider delays or failures; or (e) interruptions to Platform availability caused by scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, or factors outside don555's reasonable control.
The don555 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. don555 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
don555 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering a don555 Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy sets out in detail what data is collected, how it is used, how long it is retained, and your rights as a data subject.
don555 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, don555 will provide reasonable notice to Players via the Platform or by email to the registered Account address. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 4.2.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of don555's licensing jurisdiction. In the event of a dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform, you should first contact don555 customer support to seek an informal resolution. don555 is committed to resolving Player complaints fairly and promptly. If an informal resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, the matter may be referred to the dispute resolution procedures established by don555's licensing authority.
Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law in your country of residence.
